Agreement governing your application and enrollment at Ibacho Technical Training College.

01 Eligibility and Use of Services

Admission to Ibacho TTC is a privilege, not a right. Services are intended for registered students, faculty, and authorized applicants. All users must use college resources lawfully and ethically.

Submission of false documentation (academic or personal) during the application process is grounds for immediate expulsion and potential criminal prosecution under the laws of Kenya.

02 Code of Conduct and Misconduct

A high standard of discipline is expected at all times. Prohibited acts include:

Harassment, bullying, or physical violence.
Vandalism or theft of College property.
Drug abuse or alcohol consumption on campus.
Unauthorized political or religious agitation.

Disciplinary actions may include verbal warnings, suspension, or permanent discontinuation (expulsion) based on the severity of the offense.

03 Academic Integrity

The College upholds zero tolerance for academic malpractice. This includes:

  • Cheating & Plagiarism: Copying assignments or bringing unauthorized materials into examination halls.
  • Impersonation: Attempting to sit for an exam on behalf of another student.
  • Falsification: Forgery of exam result slips, transcripts, or certificates.

Penalties for malpractice include automatic cancellation of results and immediate expulsion from the program.

04 Financial Obligations & Fees

1. Fees must be paid via official channels (Bank Deposit or M-Pesa Paybill) as provided by the Finance Office. Cash payments are strictly prohibited.

2. Students must clear at least 50% of the term fees before being allowed to attend classes, and 100% before sitting for examinations.

3. Refund Policy: Tuition fees are non-refundable after the second week of the term. Registration and activity fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.

05 Acceptable Use of Systems

Users must not misuse the College’s website, online application portals, or e-learning platforms. Prohibited activities include hacking, data tampering, or uploading malicious software.

Attempts to breach our security will be reported to the Cybercrime Unit of the DCI (Kenya).
