  • • Next of Kin contact details

Financial Data

  • • Bank payment slips & M-Pesa transaction IDs
  • • Fee payment history and balances

2. Purpose of Data Processing

We process your data primarily to fulfill our educational mandate:

Processing admissions and registration
Academic administration & student support
Statutory registration with KNEC/CDACC/TVETA
Communication regarding fees and institutional updates

3. Accuracy and Responsibility

All students and staff are responsible for ensuring that the information provided to the College is accurate and up to date.

Submission of false, forged, or misleading information is a serious offense. It may result in the immediate rejection of your application, withdrawal of admission, or disciplinary action including expulsion.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

The College does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data for commercial gain.

Government Bodies: We share data with the Ministry of Education, TVETA, KUCCPS, and HELB for statutory compliance and funding.

Exam Boards: Registration data is shared with KNEC and CDACC for certification purposes.

Legal Requirements: Disclosure may occur if required by law enforcement or court orders under the Laws of Kenya.
